JCF2 call for paper & program, abstract

Dear CF researchers:

It was very nice and successful that the ICCF8 meeting at Lerici Italy was held to meet great efforts. Especially, there were reported many convincing results on He-4 production in correlation with excess heat, but without neutron emission, and fission-like nuclear products. We saw reproducibility improved much. Our CF study seems getting into the intrinsic phase to fix its science, and we expect rapid progress from now on.
Japanese CF researchers continue to show significant contribution to its progress. With the great help of you, we could have founded the Japanese CF-research Society and had the first meeting JCF1 in the end of March 1999, vigorously to talk and discuss on the CF results and theories. For the second meeting, we postponed half a year because of the ICCF8 in the last May.
Here we are sending you the first circular of JCF2 (The Second Japan Meeting on Nuclear Reactions in Solid) on October 21 and 22 at Hokkaido University, as planned as follows. You are kindly invited to attend the meeting and present your works. Sincerely yours,

Akito Takahashi, Director-in-Chief, JCF
Professor, Osaka University
